Commercial

From torch down bitumen to the cold press process, or Insulation Panels with different R values; we strip off all old layers of roofing down to the decking area. That area is prepped, fixed where needed or replaced, and then re-covered using industry approved insulation panels, backing material and top layer of your choice.

If you are having problems with water standing or ‘ponding’ on a flat area, perhaps a “Tapered Panel” system will resolve it for you.

There are also EPDM rubber coatings that can be readily applied to cover your existing top layer, extending the life of the roof and saving a lot of money from not having to fully replace the roofing system.

Residential

From 20 year composition shingles to lifetime warrantied products, we are able to use all available manufacturers & do not limit your choices to a chosen few.  i.e.  ELK, GAF, Owens Corning, Certainteed, Tamko, Atlas ...

Repairs

Can't resolve a leak or damaged area?  We inspect your home or office for current problems and for future ones.  We do not fix just 'one' area, but rather address the area in question then also perform preventative maintenance on the rest of the roof, as agreed up before the repairs.  Most repairs carry a full 1year warranty.
